By Terrazul – Terms & Conditions

1. Handmade Nature of Products

  • By Terrazul pieces are handcrafted by artisans, making each item unique.

  • Variations in glaze, texture, finish, size (up to 5%), and natural material imperfections (e.g., wood grain, clay speckles, air bubbles, ripples in glass, subtle irregularities in handwoven fabrics) are normal and not considered defects. Antique jars and vessels carry the marks of time — patina, wear, and minor imperfections — which are signs of authenticity.

  • Product images are representative; exact colors, finishes, and proportions may differ slightly, ensuring each piece is unique.


 

2. Ordering & Custom Pieces

  • Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Final sale; cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production begins (typically within 24 hours of order confirmation).

  • Rugs: By Terrazul ships nationwide via standard insured carriers or freight services arranged by By Terrazul.

  • XL Fragile Décor (planters, vintage jars, tables, oversized ceramics): Local pickup available from Davie, FL (ZIP 33328). Pickup only unless White Glove Delivery is purchased. Third-party shipping arranged by the customer is at their own risk; By Terrazul is not responsible once the item leaves our possession.

  • Deposits or payments made toward custom/oversized items are non-refundable.

 


 

3. Shipping & Liability

  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable, including original shipping and delivery fees.

  • By Terrazul is not liable for:

    • Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or labor strikes.

    • Damage or loss occurring after delivery, including improper handling post-delivery.

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • All claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence.


 

4. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

  • By Terrazul reserves the right to:

    • Refuse service to abusive clients (e.g., excessive complaints, harassment, chargeback threats).

    • Cancel or hold orders suspected of fraud (e.g., stolen payment methods, mismatched billing/shipping details).

    • Limit or ban accounts engaged in suspicious, excessive, or abusive return activity.

    • Report fraudulent activity to payment processors, financial institutions, and/or law enforcement when necessary.


 

5. Legal

  • By placing an order with By Terrazul, customers agree to all terms and policies outlined herein.

  • All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and resolved exclusively in Florida courts.

  • By Terrazul is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full effect.


 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the By Terrazul website, including images, descriptions, text, graphics, and designs, is the property of By Terrazul Inc.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.
